Data we do not collect
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information you provide. All puzzle progress, streaks, and best times are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard UserDefaults and are never sent to any server.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect certain device information to serve relevant ads, including:
- Device identifiers (IDFA/IDFV)
- IP address and approximate location
- Device type, OS version, and app usage data
This data is collected by Google, not by us. You can review Google's privacy policy at: policies.google.com/privacy
On iOS 14.5 and later, the App will request permission to track your device using Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework before any advertising identifier is accessed. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time in:
Users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland (GDPR)
If you use the App in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the following applies in addition to the rest of this policy.
Who is responsible. The App is published by AkkroStudio (Angelo Elmúdesi Franco), who is the data controller for this policy. You can reach us at [email protected]. For advertising data, Google acts as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.
Your consent. When you first open the App, a consent form provided by Google asks whether you agree to your data being used for personalised advertising and to information being stored on or accessed from your device. You can choose Consent, Do not consent, or Manage options to decide per purpose and per partner. If you do not consent, the App works exactly the same and may still show non-personalised or limited ads.
Legal basis. Personalised advertising and storing or accessing information on your device are based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Some advertising partners may rely on legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for certain purposes; you can object to this under Manage options.
Changing or withdrawing your choice. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from within the App. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that took place before.
International transfers. Google may process data outside your country, including in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and/or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as described in Google's privacy policy.
Retention. We do not receive or store any personal data. Your game progress stays on your device and is removed when you delete the App. Data collected by Google is kept according to Google's own retention policies.
Your rights. Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data held about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict processing, or object to it — including processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time.
Because we do not hold personal data about you, requests about advertising data are best sent to Google (policies.google.com/privacy). You are also welcome to contact us at [email protected] and we will help.
Complaints. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country of residence — for example the CNPD in Portugal, the AEPD in Spain, or the ICO in the United Kingdom.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 years of age and does not knowingly collect data from children. In the EEA and the UK, where the age of consent for data processing may be up to 16 depending on the country, users below that age should only agree to personalised advertising with the permission of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided consent, contact us and we will help you withdraw it.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last changed. If we make significant changes — for example to what data is processed or who processes it — we will let you know in the App or on this website before they take effect, and where the law requires it we will ask for your consent again.
